Schoolvision New Zealand

In April this year SVUK MD Geraint Griffiths delivered the first international Schoolvision course in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Over the years people from all over the world have attended School and Sportvision courses in the UK and among these were Jeremy Fox and Dharshie Hughes from Anstice & Associates Opticians in Christchurch. In the three years since they came over they have turned their practice into the biggest in the country.  Their patient base is now seeing 85% children and  beginning to see the parents of these children, and their outstanding success is generating intense interest in Schoolvision in New Zealand and Australia.

Jeremy and Dharshie will now be helping us to direct our international Diploma programme in New Zealand and Australia and heading up SVUK's New Zealand franchise, leading the way to a new approach to Optometry and Dispensing Optics.

The first group of New Zealand delegates have now completed the Diploma, and we are delighted to congratulate them on their excellent results.

• Phillipa Charteris - Awarded the Diploma in Schoolvision Practice pass with Credit
• Henry Tsui - Awarded the Diploma in Schoolvision Practice pass with Credit

(Credit = 70% to 90%, Distinction = Over 90%)
